Loft aerials

Loft Mounted T.V. Antenna

If your home has a loft and sufficient elevation & 'line of sight' to the transmitter then it maybe advantageous to mount the T.V. antenna indoors out of the wind, in your loft. If required a distribution amplifier can be added to boost the signal to several T.V. sets. Sockets can be fitted in as many rooms as required. Video, cable & satellite signals can also be viewed in multiple rooms. Some homes that have On-Digital decoders installed will need more sensitive antenna's or signal boosters fitted 

Omni directional V.H.F. antennae are also suitable for loft or eaves mounting if the signal strength is high enough.
This signal can be fed to as many rooms as required, using an distribution amplifier.

If all the above suggestions are carried out at the time of a house rewire than you get the advantage of lower installation costs and reduced damage to decorations.
