Some plugs and flexes should be protected by 1A. 2A, 3A, 5A,7A & 10A fuses,
but instead are fitted with a 13A fuse.

This could be dangerous !

The flex fitted to many low power appliances (such as Radio's, table lamps, hi-fi, cassette players, etc) will not be protected by an 13A fuse. This can lead to risks of overheating & fire in the event of certain fault conditions in the appliance.
